STEELERS VS. RAVENS SWEEPSTAKES – OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR CONSULTATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR CONSULTATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
SPONSOR
The Steelers vs. Ravens Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Tardosky Wealth Advisors ("Sponsor").
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on August 11, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 30, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia who, at the time of entry:
Are at least eighteen (18) years of age; and
Are currently employed by one of the following School Districts:
Chambersburg Area School District
Tuscarora School District
Greencastle-Antrim Area School District
Waynesboro Area School District
Franklin County Career & Technology Center
Shippensburg Area School District
Big Spring Area School District
Franklin Learning Center
Fannett-Metal School District
Central Fulton School District
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to awarding any prize.
HOW TO ENTER
Eligible participants may enter by completing the official Sweepstakes entry form during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries, automated entries, or entries submitted through fraudulent means will be void.
PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive: Two (2) tickets to the Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Baltimore Ravens game scheduled for December 20, 2026. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $410.00. Winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly stated herein, including but not limited to transportation, parking, lodging, meals, and personal expenses.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about October 5, 2026. The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. If the potential winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Sweepstakes are final and binding.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability, claims, losses, damages, or injuries arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
PRIVACY
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used for administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy practices.
GOVERNING LAW
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
WINNER LIST
To obtain the name of the winner, send a written request to Sponsor within thirty (30) days after the winner has been selected. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
REQUIRED DISCLOSURES
Winner will be responsible for all taxes that may be due. No prize substitutions allowed. Void where prohibited.
